Serving in the Alumni Association is a wonderful way to give back to our alma mater. To ensure the quality of programming and to ensure our adherence to fairness and equality in all that we do as ambassadors of the KLE Society’s Shri Mrityunjaya college of Arts and Commerce, the Alumni Association has developed the following code of Conduct.
The code of Conduct is applicable to all the members of the Alumni Association, Executive Board, Volunteers and Committee members of the institution.

• Active Involvement: Members of the association are expected to attend the Executive Committee Meeting, Annual General Body Meeting as well as other events of the institution
• Communicate Openly: We value open communication both within the Alumni Association and among the students, faculty, and staff. Open and polite communication is the basis of our association.
• Promote Collaboration: We seek collaborations with organisations, institutions and industry  to advance our mission
• Integrity: We keep our promises, our reputation rests on honesty, fairness and treating everyone with respect
• Quality: We pursue excellence in what we do and how we do it
• Innovation: Our success depends on continuous improvement and openness in new ideas and to provide feedback to assist in the continued quality improvement of the institution.
• Recognition of Stake Holders: Recognition of all stake holders with mutual trust and respect.
• Transparency: Make all financial transactions of Alumni transparent and accountable.
• Duties and Rights: Be aware of duties first and rights next.
• Implementation of Actions: Implement those actions which are fare to all concerned.
