KLE Society's Shri Mrityunjaya College of Arts & Commerce, Dharwad, was established by His Holiness Shri Mahant Swamiji and named after His Holiness Shri Mrityunjaya Swamiji of Murughamath, Dharwad in 1973 and later was brought under the fold of the professionally managed and committed K.L.E. Society, Belagavi in 1975.

Our institution imparts quality education in the streams of Arts and Commerce at Degree level and Post Graduate Studies in Commerce.
